Privacy policy

This policy explains what ResultBased Growth collects when you visit our site, apply to work with us, book a call, or become a client, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your application: name, business email, phone, timezone, and your answers about your business (stage, type, model, goals, revenue and audience bands, channels, budgets, decision authority, timeline).
• Call preparation: whether you watched the pre-call video (how far, not what else you did), who is attending, and your main question.
• Onboarding: the business details in the intake form and the status of account connections. We never ask for passwords, login codes, card or bank details, or patient information, and we don't store them.
• Consent records: whether you agreed to texts or marketing email, the exact wording, and when.
• How you found us: campaign and ad identifiers, landing page and referring site.

How we use it

• To review your application, decide fit, and schedule and prepare for calls.
• To write proposals, deliver the services you buy, and send account and billing notices.
• To contact you by email and phone, and by text only if you agreed to texts.
• To measure which ads and pages work, sharing limited conversion signals with ad platforms. We never send your application answers or any health information to ad platforms.

Texts and email

Reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to opt out. We don't share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. See our messaging terms.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run our business on our behalf: our CRM and messaging platform, hosting and database providers, our payment processor, video and scheduling tools, and analytics providers. We don't sell personal information.

Client data

Your customers' data stays in your systems and in a separate account set up for your business, never mixed with our own sales records. We process it only to deliver the services you buy.

How long we keep it

Applications and inquiries: up to three years after last contact. Consent and opt-out records: five years. Client records: for the engagement plus seven years for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete information sooner, subject to those requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, and opt out of marketing at any time. We honor these requests for everyone and respond within 30 days.

Security

Encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege access. We limit what we collect to what we need.

Changes

If we change this policy meaningfully, we'll update the date above and tell clients by email.
