Terms of service

These terms cover the marketing implementation and management services ResultBased Growth provides to businesses. Each engagement also has a written proposal and agreement; where they differ, the signed agreement wins.

1. Scope

We deliver the scope in your signed agreement: the assets we build, integrations, revision rounds, support response times and reporting. Work outside that scope is quoted and approved in writing before it starts.

2. Fees, payment and start

• Implementation and monthly management fees are as stated in your agreement.
• Work starts once the agreement is fully signed and the initial invoice is paid.
• Advertising spend is a separate budget you fund and pay to the ad platform or provider. It is not part of our fees.
• Third-party costs (domains, phone numbers, messaging, software subscriptions) are listed in your agreement or approved before purchase.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, the access listed in your onboarding checklist, and timely approvals. Delays waiting on access or approvals extend timelines.
• Keep your own logins and codes. Never send us passwords; you authorize access through each platform's own settings.
• Only market to people with the required permission, and honor opt-outs.
• Approve every campaign, page and message before launch. You remain responsible for the claims your business makes.

4. Regulated products and health claims

We don't write treatment, disease, dosing or consumer-use claims for research-use-only products, and we don't give medical advice. Some ad and messaging channels restrict certain products; we'll tell you what applies, and we won't use a channel or account to get around a platform restriction.

5. Ownership

You own your brand, content, customer data and the accounts registered to you. Ad accounts supplied by a third-party provider may remain owned by that provider; your agreement states any such limits before you sign.

6. No guaranteed results

We report results against your own numbers, but we don't guarantee any level of leads, sales or revenue. Attribution is an estimate, not proof of incremental profit.

7. Cancellation and handover

Cancellation terms and any minimum term are in your agreement. On exit we provide an export of your data and assets, document domain and number control, and remove our access.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to clients at least 30 days in advance and never change a signed agreement mid-term.
