For insurance agencies with an existing CRM

Fix the follow-up gaps in your agency's sales operation.

Sales Operations Rescue repairs an agreed set of CRM workflows, handoffs and reporting problems, so your team knows who owns the next step and management can see what needs attention.

$8,500 fixed-scope project. No CRM replacement required.

A fit call checks whether your systems and priorities match the package. It isn't a full technical audit. Final scope is confirmed in writing before any work.

Your agency may not need another tool.

You may already have the CRM, the team and the opportunities. The problem can be what happens between them: interested replies without a clear owner, callbacks that never return to a working queue, workflows that fail quietly, or reports nobody fully trusts.

We inspect the agreed process, set a baseline, repair the priority gaps and test the result with your team. We use what your platform already does where it fits, rather than adding custom code by default.

What's included.

A clear view of the problem

We review the named CRM workflows and existing integration paths, then document changes, responsibilities and acceptance checks.

Repaired handoffs and follow-up

We configure agreed ownership, next steps, callback rules, tasks and response escalation. Insurance decisions, quoting and binding stay with your licensed producers.

A cleaner active pipeline

We correct an approved subset of opportunity records with controlled mappings and documented changes. No unrestricted deletion, and no migration of your book.

Reporting your team can read

One report or dashboard inside your existing CRM, with agreed definitions, test records excluded and known data limits stated. Premium, commission and sales activity stay separate measures.

Testing, training and handover

We test the agreed functions, document exceptions, run two 60-minute remote training sessions and hand over operating instructions. Includes 30 days of correction for defects in the delivered scope.

Defined scope, not unlimited development.

One integration path means one named source-to-destination business flow; a two-way exchange may count as two. The signed inventory names the work, and the package limits don't authorize unlisted development.

Not included: lead sourcing, new cold-email infrastructure, staffed appointment setters, custom applications, new AMS connector builds, full-book migrations, legal certification, unlimited custom development. Applicable taxes and approved third-party subscriptions or usage are extra.

  • One existing CRM
  • Up to 12 named users
  • 4 pipelines
  • 10 named critical workflows
  • 2 existing integration paths
  • An approved cleanup subset of up to 500 active opportunity records
  • 1 report or dashboard inside your existing CRM
  • 2 remote training sessions of 60 minutes

How the project works.

  1. Step 1

    Confirm fit and scope

Priority workflows, owners, access requirements, dependencies and measurable checks.

  2. Step 2

    Set the baseline and safeguards

Agreed mappings, before-images, recovery limits, approvals and relevant policies.

  3. Step 3

    Repair and test

Approved changes through a controlled release, with technical evidence for your review.

  4. Step 4

    Observe, train and hand over

We watch real operation, train your team and document exception handling and ownership.

Typical timeline: 4 to 6 weeks once the required access and approvals are in place, depending on scope, platform, data condition, traffic and your team's availability.

Accelerated option: a 14-business-day implementation sprint can be agreed for a prepared, well-understood project. It starts once readiness is confirmed, not on payment, and it isn't a guarantee of completion or final acceptance in two calendar weeks. Observation, your review, defects, low traffic and dependencies can extend it. The signed proposal sets the actual schedule.

Your investment.

Fixed project fee: $8,500.

Acceptance is based on agreed checks and deliverables, never silence, continued use or a date passing. Technical and final acceptance each have their own 5-business-day review window. Nothing is charged automatically.

  • $4,250 at signing, before work starts.
  • $2,550 within five business days after written technical acceptance.
  • $1,700 within five business days after both training sessions, handover and written final acceptance.

Optional diagnostic: $1,500

Paid within 30 days before you sign, it's credited once toward the $8,500 project: $1,500 already paid, then $2,750 at kickoff, $2,550 at technical acceptance and $1,700 at final acceptance. It isn't an extra charge on top.

Optional managed care: $1,500/month

A separate choice after the included stabilization period: billed monthly in advance, up to 8 hours a month that don't roll over, for agreed monitoring, administration and minor improvements. First response by the next business day (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 in the agreed timezone); not 24/7 support, a resolution deadline or an uptime guarantee. Extra work only with your written approval, at $175/hour.

Straight answers.

Do we need a new CRM?

Not by default. We work inside your existing CRM using supported capabilities. A migration, unsupported connector or replacement platform is a separate project.

What if we need more work?

We document the gap before doing extra work. You can agree an alternative within the package or a separately priced change order. The fixed fee does not cover rebuilding any underlying system without limit.

Does this guarantee more bound policies or revenue?

No. It improves the agreed operating process. It does not guarantee leads, binds, revenue, attribution, uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Results also depend on your data, staff, market and third-party platforms.

How is system access handled?

Named accounts, scoped permissions, evidence handling and recovery arrangements are agreed before access. Don't send passwords or policyholder records through this form. Data and security responsibilities belong in the service agreement.

Is this a compliance audit?

No. We can implement agreed technical controls, but we don't replace counsel, your compliance function or licensed producers. Your agency approves its communications, licensing and data-handling policies.

Who takes part from our agency?

A decision-making sponsor, an operations owner, the relevant approvers and the people who run the affected workflows. Your team approves mappings, works opportunities and attends training.

Is ongoing care required?

No. The project includes handover and 30 days of defect correction. Ongoing care is a separate choice.
